Compact but too compact
Went to view a 786sqf unit before. Had seen enough of 2 bedders but this one ranks among the smallest 2 bedders I ever seen. Even though the size is supposingly a respectable 786sqf. Do not know where the wasted space went to... it had bay windows along the room and a small balcony. I would have thought it is a 500+sqf unit otherwise. Balcony in close proximity to the neighbouring project. Not very conducive for chilling out out there. -
