Resort living
It is truly lovely with the whole Mount Emily Park behind. Each unit on the same floor has a different layout with a good design, ensuring ventilation and natural lights. You will be surrounded by birds and greenery. There is a small gym and a small swimming pool which is good for relaxation not for exercise. If you live on the low floor, you will enjoy the garden view which is similar to the Capella resort. As most units are one bedder, you will not be bothered by the noise made by young kids. when it comes to the living, it is super convenience for the public transportation. Tekka center offers cheap choices for food and the supermarket is nearby. -

a city gem
Am renting here at the moment and must say that this place is a find, especially if you are a young person/couple who loves city living. Although it is located between the busy areas of Dhoby Ghaut and Little India, the street itself is very quiet as it is a cul-de-sac that ends with Mt Emily Park (a fantastic place to walk in the evening, it is almost like having a private garden). Most people who live here are singles/couples, many expats, and best of all, NO CHILDREN. The facilities (pool and small gym) are well maintained. If you have kids and want tennis courts, kids pool etc, you should look at neighboring Parc Emily. The area also has an abundance of supermarkets (Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, FairPrice Express, Carrefour). There's some construction on the Little India side because of the Downtown line... but that means that when the construction is completed in a few years, the condo will be between two MRT interchanges (Little India and Dhoby Ghaut). Overall, I love this place. -

Emily Residence
Had a pleasant time putting up there for a short while. Location is great as it is right smack in the city which makes traveling around city extremely convenient. The train station is just a few minutes walk from the apartment. If one would like a longer stroll, they may walk to Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. The neighbourhood is extremely private and quiet and is surrounded by lush greenery. Overall, worth the time and moolah. -
