Siglap serenity
Elite Residences is in the Siglap neighbourhood, very chill and has many cafes plus good food. nice landed enclave, low rise, quiet and exclusive. so peaceful living here with my family of five including my in laws. son has many schooling options too like Tao Nan. and we have no end of activities to do in this area. -

corner terrace
those looking for a corner terrace format can consider Elite Residences. relatively new, completed just 10 years ago. quite a good area, as within Siglap. and there's a 24h supermarket nearby along other amenities. nice way to experience landed housing without burning a hole in the bank. the only thing is due to the quiet location, it's quite inside and needs to walk a bit before reaching the bus stop. just take note. -

lovely sunset
high value for spacious family living here at Elite Residences. the best thing is the sun set views, in what i would say feels like a private and exclusive space. our very own secret viewing spot to admire the rays. good for multi gen families as well, as each of the houses are 3 storeys with basement attic and private parking with lift for convenience. short distance from lively East Coast area with the beach, shopping for weekend fun. we love. -
