Nice! But units are a bit small, and the tall
Been living here for a while, great condo overall! Fantastically nice guards, really good facilities, lovely places to relax and unwind, legitimately great, but the problem lies with the units, the common bedrooms are TINY, the design ledges steal about 50-60 cenitmeters from the room which would be a lifesaver, the ceilings in the rooms are higher than the room is wide, a first for me, the livingroom ceiling is really too high meaning the two aircon units struggle to cool down the room on sunny days, the open concept kitchen is not all that (makes the livingroom smell). Weird that the problems are mainly in the units, versus anything else. Parking is surprisingly dense too, lots of cars so it may be hard to find a lot in the evenings. You'll enjoy the outside more than inside your flat. -

Best in its class
Layout functional & not much Wastage. Fit and Finishes good with marble. Fascade nicely design with Bee Hive Concept & colour. Lift & common area with Granite Stone on wall and floor. Best view throughout. Full Facilities with Steam Room. Building Maintenace not at its best but still reasonable. Downside far from amenities & accessible, carpark entrance not functional & grand. Driving will be very convenient directly connecting to highwaysOverall this condo does gives the vibe and feel in a town building. -

Beautiful Developments next to Nature
Went to view a few units, and am quite impressed. In my opinion, this is a rare beautiful development with good quality materials and furnishing. It has full marble flooring, full marble walls in bathrooms, squarish and functional layouts for all the units (2 bedrooms to 4 bedrooms). I like the 3-bedroom units best, with a small balcony in the master-room too. Looks like the developer has put in good quality materials in the facilities too. I think this development is best for nature lovers, as it is next to the chestnut park and the nature reserve, Upper Pierce Reservoir (one of the largest piece of greenery one can find in Singapore). The only shortcomings is perhaps it is located in a private enclave, so to reach nearby amenities means you have to go about 2 bus-stops up to Bukit Panjang to get it. -

Below Average Condomenium
Few units on high floor have a beautiful view. The Guards lack basic manners & are very rude. Totally unprofessional staff. Basic condominium facilities. Houses are real small in sizes. The elevators are extremely slow to service 24 floors. There is no back up plan if one gets stuck in the elevator. In nutshell its truly difficult to live in a place where you meet these guards wearing a long face everyday. -
