  Ultimate Resort Condo Peace & Ease

  Eco is located at the best spot in Tanah Merah. 5 mins walk to MRT away from MRT and main road noise. Across the Bedok South Ave 3 you reach Blk 58 Marketplace with ample food options from hawker centre, coffeeshops and amenities like salons, clinics, hardware shops, ntuc fairprice etc. Condo is very well-maintained with pools all over including a roof-top pool with sea view. There are 2 impressive big function rooms and bbq pavilions for entertaining. Ard one-third of units are families and two-thirds are single/couples since most units are 1+S giving you more peace and privacy. Condo has relatively strict rules but this makes it safe for every residents and promotes respectful behaviors. You can book facilities or update mgt on services issues via Simple app. The best jem ever!

  It's one of the condo that have great greenery. Very resort feel with about 10 swimming pools ! MRT is about 8 minutes walk. It is good to be a distance away as the MRT is above ground and can be quite noisy if near it. There are lots of food stalls, shops and market just across the roads. Overall is a beautiful and great location to stay !

  Love the floor plan

  I visit the beach often after moving into eCO. Since it is close to Changi Airport where I work, my travel time is much shorter. The apartment's floor plan has also been planned to perfection. As our three-bedder is very spacious, we always invite guests over. eCO has drastically improved our social life. Everything is just a stone’s throw away, except for the MRT station which is a bit of a walk.

  Love the landscaping

  What I instantly liked after moving into eCO was how landscaping was used to break the monotony of the large residential blocks. It made entering and exiting the building so soothing. I love taking morning and evening walks in the premises, going for a swim in the lap pool or lounging at the clubhouse. Many residents use the tennis court too. The owner of my apartment had furnished the house beautifully before I moved in, so I love living here.
