Old Styled Condo That Gives you Space - But b
This is another sensible condo from the 90s, which accords the space that many seek. However, this condo is a 99 Year Condo, so it is about to enter its "30s", so lease decay may be an issue. Overall, the units are sizable, but maintenance may become an issue as it ages. It helps with a car, and without one, be prepared to walk in the heat and rain. -

Homely feel
Has a really spacious area. Serene and convenient for amneties. Pool and gym is not like the fancy condo but most of the time you will have it all for yourself (72 units only = less people -

Not really comfortably near enough to walk to
Not really comfortably near enough to walk to the nearest MRT Station but doorstep amenities include Cold Storage, a couple of cafes and Bedok Corner Hawker Centre. -

Serene Living
Condo was well built and the developer actually lived in a unit with us for the first year. Amenities like Cold Storage, Dr Lim's Eastwood Clinic, Dr Joanne's Dental Clinic, the friendly barber shop, the more recent Pet Shop, Ice Creme parlour & the friendly crew from Subway's are all just next door at Eastwood Centre. the famous Bedok Camp Corner Food Centre is just across the road. There are three bus stops within 100 metres of this Condo. Tanah Merah MRT station is only 10 minutes away by bus. Saving the best for last - the Sungei Bedok MRT station, which services both the Thomson-East Coast Line and the Downtown Line, is only 200 metres from this condo. -

underated condo
This condo is well built, with basement carpark and 24hrs security with guard. All units got very big squarish hall, it's bright and breezy as well. Compound is very well maintain, nicely shaped swimming pool and most importantly, it's location: Eastwood Centre next door, with Cold Storage / restaurants / clinic / dental / barber / spa saloon / video rental...etc, and the famous Bedok camp hawker centre is just opposite the road. It is well served by several buses directly to CBD / Orchard Road. Tanah Merah MRT and Expo are just a few bus stops away. Direct access to East Coast Park and seaside via park connector which is just 1km away. -

Condo Review - Condo Contest
I like this condo because it is well kept , nice design, quiet, 3 units sharing 2 lifts per block, very private, very convenient to get good cook food, there is a supermarket just next door, easy to get basic necessities. Easily accessible to Expo, East Coast Park and there is a jogging track and fitness park near by, easy to get to Tanah Merah MRT and there are bus services to town, East Coast, Bedok, Tampines. Only one minor point is no disabled path. -
