  so many layouts to choose from

  East Palm freehold condo at Siglap has only 56 units but so many layouts to choose from. had some headache choosing my unit with all the small variations got Type A all the way to Type Q! not to mention the A1 D1 G1 etc. and all the small variations in sqm. but actually, after moving in and comparing with neighbours, it's quite minimal lah.

  better with TEL!

  wow ever since the TEL Siglap MRT opened nearby and all the constructions barriers lifted, it is so much better and convenient staying here at East Palm! was struggling and considered to move, but happy I stuck it out

  cramp but efficient layout

  East Palm is a small condo, and as you would expect, interior is small but makes up for it with efficient layout. just don't have too many things else feels very cramped like my own unit. location wise everything else all okay.
