  "We’ve loved our time at East Meadows! The resort-style pool and lush greenery make it feel like a getaway every time you walk through the gates. It’s a very family-friendly environment with a great sense of community. Plus, having Bedok 85 Market nearby for food runs is a massive bonus. The management team does a solid job maintaining the grounds. It’s a gem in the East!"

  One of those minority condo that are allowed higher height(15 storeys) within a landed enclave, possibly because of its 5 minute only proximity to Tanah Merah MRT Station.

  Great all round condo

  Lived here for 2 years. 4 pools - Jacuzzi pool, leisure pool, kids pool and lap pool - something for all. Location is excellent being 3 minutes from Tanah Merah MRT but far enough away to avoid the noise. Less than 20 mins to Bugis and 10 to Bedok mall, 15 to Tampines. Units are spacious with good reception areas and the condo is peaceful being away from the main road.

  Best resort type condo available in the East

  Why stay in a condo when everywhere around u is blocks n blocks of tower? At least in East Meadows u really see landscaping n greenery all around. The negative part is there's no ethnic control here. Perhaps the government can set ethnics quota in condo too.

  Best property just 1 min walk to MRT

  One of the best property in Spore that is so close to MRT!

  East Meadows

  Nice property, but lifts are a major problem. Lifts often breakdown, had to climb 14 floors 3 times in the last 6 months and got stuck inside for half an hour once.

  East Meadows

  Great facilities especially the pool. The only thing that could use upgrading is the equipment in the gym. Next to the MRT and on the direct line to the airpot or the CBD. A total of 40 minute commute to CBD door-to-door. There is also a taxi queue nearby with an abundance of taxis. Close to grocery shopping however the only missing nearby is decent restaurants.
