Great Location

One of the hidden treasures in the East. Mins walk to great eateries along East Coast Rd, Marine Parade CC, 112 Katong and Parkway Parade. Quiet and small development with great access to buses on both marine parade road and east coast rd.

One of the good project in D15.

Nestled in the landed properties, quiet and yet near to great amenities. Minutes walk to I12 Katong and Parkway Parade. Famous eateries. Great transport to town.
