  Great connectivity

  Peaceful and quiet, next to park connector leading to east coast park within a short walk. Spacious and efficient layout that without bay windows and excessive balcony, living room can easily place a 8 seaters dining table. Duplex layout feel like staying in a landed, size of this unit is almost impossible to find in a mass market condo at this price point

  Close to Kembangan Mrt

  1/ Peaceful and Quiet Living 2/ Close to Park Connectors, able to reach small parks and East Coast Park. 3/ Side gate leading to MRT and Busstop 4/ Common Areas are well maintained.

  Value for money

  Very convenient and decent size apartment. quiet and peaceful. 10 mins cycle to east coast park and very convenient. Buses to town or walk 6 mins to Kembangan mrt station

  East Bay Gardens

  Location is unbeatable with convenience shop, coffeeshops & restaurants within 5-min walk. Accessibility is superb with 5-min walk to Kembangan MRT & multiple direct buses to orchard, CBD, etc within 3-min walk from development. Very condusive environment that is peaceful with good neighbours. Walking distant to Telok Kurau Park via park connector that leads to East Coast Park. One will feel healthier living here with easy access to safe walking/ jogging/ cycling track via the park connector!

  East Bay Gardens - quiet peaceful living in a landed enclave area. Central to exclusivity! Row of best Asian foods,best transport links found here. Ground floor especially, like landed feel.
