  Delfi Orchard infrastructure needs improvemen

  As a 40 years old development, Delfi Orchard is not built for modern living like our bigger cars. Expect narrower carpark when driving and be careful to go slow. At least make the lights brighter as I feel it's very dim, also due to Delfi being tucked away from main Orchard stretch. Dated feeling of the building, which adds some retro charm.

  Old but by CDL

  Old but since developer is the reputable CDL I see no issues living at Delfi Orchard. There are basic facilities and features, and units have aircon water heater and intercom. All good, and can enjoy living in Orchard Road or rent out with peace of mind. 1BR and 2BR configurations

  Affordable living in Orchard

  Few would realise there's residential units above the quiet Delfi Orchard shopping mall tucked away at a quiet corner of Singapore's most famous shopping belt. Affordable due to age, and you can actually find a unit below $1M here. This is both a steal for ownstay or to generate decent rental yield as Orchard is still a prime area. Delfi Orchard is well-maintained, one of the lesser known freehold residential gems in this area.

  Safety concerns about carpark

  The carpark entry is a bit old and narrow, so drivers with big cars better take note. Plus, it's not the brightest at night, which could be risky for older guests or kids coming over.

  Owned and leased by CDL. Mainly two bed room apartments that sits on the shopping Centre
