  Great Location & Interior But Over priced

  Nice layout and project even thought it is next to a temple. Not sure whether it'll be noisy or filled with smoke during festivities. Layout of the unit I viewed was good. And it's not next to the MRT but a really short walk away. But it was overpriced to me.

  Check Bank's Valuation

  I've checked with several banks and most of them were reluctant to value D'Oasia studio units at $1100. Bankers said it was on the high side.

  D'oasia

  Saw showflat and explore surroundings. Pros - Nice size and good layout. Short walk to train station. Surrounding area have many food choices. Rooftop has a good size pool. Good for those who like to live within private surroundings and yet enjoy the convenience of having essential amenities closeby Cons - Some lower floor views may be blocked. Not for individuals who may find it uncomfortable/religiously- sensitive to dwell near religious buildings nearby. On the whole, good place to consider!

  Too close for comfort!!!

  This condo is right next to temple. VERY Close! Also the units in the back are sooo close to another development. Add the MRT noise and all together not a great place!!.

  D'Oasia

  This condo maximise the floor area while i went n see the ready for viewing showflat(1098sqft, 3+1 study)... There no bomb shelter n store room within every unit...n the planter which can convert into a small balcony n the small kitchen that just nice for my family(which I like the design the best)... Above mention plus point makes the Living room looks big and one thing my kids love best is the sunken bathroom in both master n comman toilets... It is also located near the MRT(280m away) The roof top 25m lap swimming pool consider luxury for such a small project compare to others... Not to mention the 2nd story Garden Terrance
