Near Perfect
Super convenient by public transport. Able to take buses from Farrer Road, Bukit Timah Road and Holland Road. Choice of two MRT stations, nearest being Farrer Road MRT (4 min walk) and Tan Kah Kee MRT (15 min away). Serene and quiet if unit faces Bukit Timah. Very windy, so a common occurence is getting someone -

Just moved in
I would say no regrets moving in since 2022. Facilities were all made over, buildings repainted, old gym equipments replaced, swimming pools fixed and even change in mgt. Community here is quite global- locals, jap, kor, cn, europeans, indians. They are all very friendly! The estate is also super well maintained, hardly any litter and workers are always seen maintaining landscaping works. Food options aplenty with empress and adam food markets within stone throw, and affordable health care nearby. The main reason why I heart this place is the lack of crazy crowds we usually see in the heartlands. Nice sanctuary of escape after a hard day's work. -

Tenant Star
Been living here for 2 years and there was a change in management recently which turns up to be surprisingly well run and responsive. Any complaints via the icon icondo was responded on the ball. Repainting was done and repair works are on going. It looks really refreshed and prestigious now! -

Perfect place to stay
Massive condo with great facilities from tennis, large size pools, karaoke room, gym, billiard room, saloon, etc. It is noisy for low ground, large balcony and complex -

Best Condo in District 10
This must be the best condo in district 10. The relatively large number of units in the development means that facilities are numerous, ranging from resort-like swimming pools to movie theater, and yet the management fee is low. To my surprise, the pools and facilities are never crowded even over weekends. The place is super windy and it is near to amenities such as market and hawker center. The Farrer MRT station is just 10 minutes walk with covered walkway. It's resort style living in the city. Highly recommended! -

Perfect for families or any age group
Been living here for few months now and I'm very impressed with the overall development. Love the ample amenities and the built quality in the premium blocks is great. Love the view from my balcony. perfect for families with kids (just bc the amenities are great)and expats and locals alike. The school nearby is one of the top in Singapore but very the waitlist is long, so sign up early. Great neighborhood and ample parking. Few tips for future renters to get the best unit, since it's a bit confusing at first: -make sure to get units in the block #3, 5, or 15. These are the premium blocks that have nicer finishings and have and lesser units per floor. The farrer rooad street noise is also blocked in these blocks. -get a unit that's pool facing, It would be unfortunate to miss out on the lovely landscape architecture by Zaha Hadid, as this is what d'leedon is known for. -block five seems to be the center of everything- hiking trail right in front, pools and other amenities on both left and right sides. close to all amenities and not too far from the mrt. -block three has the best unblocked views, though farthest from mrt and most amenities so mrt users beware. -make sure to get a unit that does NOT have balconies built right next to each other. certain end units have balconies that are on its own and thus very private. -
