  A cosy and quiet haven

  Quiet and cosy boutique development perched on Pasir Panjang Hill away from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, out of the total 20 units, only 9 units have unblocked sea view. A rare gem with the lowest $psf among all the freehold condos along the hill. Highly recommended for young professional couples and retirees who do not mind the lack of facilities in mass market condos. Equipped with security intercom in all units and 25 m swimming pool....just nice for a quick dip after a long working day as you can have the pool all for yourself.
