  Peace and Quiet

  Peaceful haven in the middle of Newton. Apartment is within an easy walk to MRTs, shopping centres in Novena and Newton and yet neatly tucked away from all the buzz and noise of the public areas. The small development provides much needed exclusivity while conservation bungalows and new apartments around d'evelyn meant less noise and dirt. The apartment is smacked right in a precious education triangular zone as it is within a 1km to the two ACS primaries and SJI. SCGS is also within walking distance. There are more parking lots than apartments and is a lot more greener than newer apartments. This project is like an oasis of peace and quiet waiting to be discovered!

  Peace in the city

  Ideal apartments for city couples.. they are not large apartments but the balconies give a lovely airy ambience and a feeling of space. They are big enough to entertain friends or make a garden... The area is great to live in, 7 min leafy walk to Newton MRT or Novena. Very comfortable. Not a grand entrance and no concierge, but all good otherwise.
