my cosy home!
welcome to D'Almira, my cosy freehold condo at Sommerville Rd. want to go to school, Maris Stella is nearby. want to go shopping, got serangoon, woodleigh or potong pasir malls for groceries and services. high satisfaction received for the price i paid. the value is very good, and consider affordable. -

beautiful
lovely little enclave tucked away in a quiet corner. D'Almira is very pleasing, with just a few units that protects families privacy. good option for school going children, we love heading to Woodleigh food centre for meals when i'm too tired to cook. driving out is also quick as CTE is close, such a gem cos is a quiet yet connected place. of cos for the small size, don't expect many facilities, but there's some basic needs covered. instead focus on the enjoyment from the green landscaping, windy homes and loft apartments with alot of natural light. -

love at first sight
not sure what i would get, but fell in love with D'Almira the moment i laid eyes on the dev. walking into the unit also filled me with a quiet joy, it felt so calming and peaceful. price was fixed and it was well within my budget, so i had to lock in. no regrets, still the home i have grown to love even more. like a fine wine, it just gets better as more developments spring up around to increase my conveniences. never had a problem here. -
