A luxurious development in the heart of all luxurious addresses. Walking distance to Hard Rock Cafe and known malls. Has a good sized pool to do laps and has ample space around it for yogis, aerobic lovers or for suntanning. Only downside for introverts, the the pool is very in the 'open'.
Cusaden Reserve is located in a luxury residential enclave where there are top-tier hotels too. despite being private, it is a short walk to Orchard Boulevard MRT with the new TEL so it is easy to get around. there's also the quieter Tanglin Mall off the Orchard Road belt but still a comfortable and family friendly mall. pleased to have visited a unit and saw as expected, the quality of the finishes and the carpentry is superb, on-site facilities are well-maintained and there's even work pods for residents (noisy household problems). close to Botanic Gardens too, what's not to love?
everything looks great just some minor issues with the footpath design of Cuscaden Reserve. know it is targeted at PMEBs and expats, lovely driveway and carpark area, but going down to the pool, seems luxurious but a bit dangerous all the steps, needs more barriers, can fall down if not careful. wheelchair a bit tough. so just for able bodied fit and wealthy! great lawn though. my dog loves it
Developer is nonchalant after sales of unit. Have drop up water condensation issue at another project by the same developer but have received close to zero support. Quite an appalling for a luxury developer.
