Siglap Chillax.
The cafes, restaurants, coffeeshops, supermarkets, hair salons, and everything you ever need. 10 minutes walk to the newly launched Siglap MRT Station. 5 minutes to bus stops that take you to Bedok Central and Central. 7 minutes by car to Changi International Airport. At Siglap, you can see the beautiful blue sky. -

A place called home.
Crescendo Park is as pristine as it was built. The property is in excellent condition. Lots of spacious car parking lots. Nowhere in Singapore gives a feel like home in a friendly neighbourhood. Just a stone throw away are trendy cafes and restaurants, fast food, wine bars, coffee shops, beauty and spas, bicycle shops, supermarkets, groceries, butcheries, clinics and dentists. There are two park connectors to the East Coast beach. A short ride away by bus is Katong, Joo Chiat, Bedok Central, Parkway Parade. Everything that you can think of is in the neighbourhood. -

Crescendo Park - Resort Lifestyle.
If you choose to live in East Coast, just like us, Crescendo Park makes a perfect home. The style is reminiscent of the British architecture of the 19th century in Singapore. An relaxed atmosphere, tranquil, relaxed, completely unhurried. The pointed roofs accompanied by the white and sage green give the condo-resort a signature stature in the neighbourhood. It does not appear too eager to compete with the ultra-modern avant-garde dressed in shiny metal and glass. In a subtle way, it will age well in the decades to come. The condo is made up of 4 blocks of 4-storey apartments. In the middle lies a raised platform and swimming pool, perfect for a Sunday afternoon sun tan and a relaxed dip in the pool. There is a fitness gym for a rainy day run on the thread mill, a squash court and a billiard table for leisure past time. One of the many benefits of living in Crescendo Park is the insane accessibility to the uninterrupted stretches of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, green grocers, butchers, hair salons, churches, mosque, schools, clinics and spas lining East Coast Road. There are numerous buses that will get you quickly to the central business district, downtown city, Changi International Airport, nearby towns of Marine Parade, Chai Chee, Bedok and Tampines/ Simei.
