  Pros outweigh the cons

  Pros: Low density means less demand for facilities. Extremely near CCNR and Nature Parks. Windsor Natue park 5 minute walk away. Nature and outdoor lovers will rejoice. Extreme greenery at your doorstep. Comes with fresh air too Prestigious Ai Tong School right across the road. Perfect for parents Overall amazing area Rubbish chute in unit, no need walk out of hse Huge units, every unit is a corner unit with privacy Full facilities, pool, rooms, gym and tennis court Near Upper thomson with endless food options and with mall and supermarket Cons: Less food within walking distance (most are 5 min drive or 3 bus stops away so still not too bad) Supermarket not within walking distance ( 5 min drive or 3 bus stops away so still not too bad) Function rooms are stuffy Management not perfect

  Near nature and schools with new MRT within w

  Air-conditioned lobby with quality marble flooring and high ceiling, which was, and still is, a rarity in condos. Sheltered driveway is small but manageable with practice. Units are generously sized esp bedrooms and kitchen with efficient squarish layout. All units are corner units with good views and privacy, and master bedroom toilet has a bathtub, though the yard toilet is small. Facilities include tennis court and gym with proper heavy weights in the machines. Carpark is open-air which may require walking through the elements, though with it comes en-bloc potential due to the huge grounds for only 60 odd units. Good schools for all ages nearby. Tree top walk, parks and reservoirs are nearby. Near to famous café street(s), supper places along upper thomson and new MRT station.

  Great for Families

  In a serene neighbourhood, close to nature and park. Walking distance to School and most importantly, friendly neighbours.

  A great place but needs improvement

  Overall the place is very private due to the limited units so expect to be able to use the facilities when you need it without worrying about the crowd. The place is also nearby the upper thomson eateries and thomson plaza The only problem with the units are the thin flooring and expect to hear the vibration and sound from your ceiling if your upper neighbor is a heavy walker or have kids jumping and running especially on the rooms with parquet flooring. So you need to be understanding and patient to tolerate this noises, this is not only on my unit but it is a well known issue for the whole place.
