  Hidden Gem

  A low density condominium located in Bukit Timah landed property zone. A condominium with landed feel. North south facing with good view of landed property and greenery. Swimming pool and big gardens are under utilized as there are only 24 units. Low maintenance fee as there is no lift. Good schools are nearby. Spacious and squarish layout. Single loaded with through ventilation. 12 to 15 walk to MRT through landed properties. You need an umbrella in raining days. Climb up the staircase can be a daily exercise. Amenity can be quite far and you need a car to buy grocery. If these are not an issue to you, then it is gem hard find.

  30 year old matured development in a vicinity made more interesting with the relatively new botanical MRT station
