  Great location in the heart of town, building is located right across from Shaw Centre (Isetan, Lido cinemas, Les Amis, Mui Kee etc.), few minutes' walk to Orchard MRT via the malls, plenty of F&B options around the Orchard malls, nearest supermarkets includes Isetan supermarket, Cold Storage at Claymore Connect.. Also walking distance to Botanic Gardens via Nassim road / Tanglin side..

  Convenient place in terms of location. Limited facilities. Overall decent value for rental.

  Claymore Plaza

  The building is in dire need of major renovations. Very run down with no facilities. The BBQ area is totally not usable and inviting. No facilities and blocked by either Shaw Carpark or Royal Scotts Hotel. There is no sense of security for residents esp in the night. Visited 2 times on different days to view the place. Dont know if the guard was doing his job. He was watching his movie in the handphone when we went up the unit. After visting, he was dozing off.... The only pro is proximity.

  Between Hotel and commercial buildng

  We regretted staying in this place. There is no facility not even a gym room. Zero. Such a run down place and the night security guard took out his shirt and double up as car washer making the entry to the apartment impossible without getting shoe wet. The kitchen ventilation on both sides would make your wardrobe smell like stale food. At night, drunkards and youngsters would stumble to the road downstairs from the nearby pub and wake us up with their loud talking, laughing. Worst still every night the hotel cleaner would push their noisy rubbish trolley up the patchy slope in the middle of the night. Noisy Loading and unloading of goods trucks to the food court start every 4am. There are always polluted diesel engine tour buses, vehicles leaving their engines on and park downstairs .......night mare apartment
