  Best value for money penthouse

  Moved into the Penthouse unit in Aug 2025. Fantastic view at affordable psf. Best value Penthouse in Singapore with unlocked view. Very effective and eager management and committee. At $1700 psf for a freehold, there is much room for capital appreciation. Not to mention SJI is within 1km radius.

  great condo mgmt!

  stayed here for a while, the condo mgmt is fantastic. i've seen maintenance staff working to repair even minor issues, they have cleaners going level by level every day to ensure that the common areas are clean and tidy. recycling area and rubbish chute areas are strangely clean, i've never seen cockroaches running around even at night. really impressive how the mgmt are running the place!

  Lack Privacy

  Looking at showflat model, it seems that one can look into the neighbour’s living room when standing at the balcony, lacking of privacy. Design wise, I think nearby City Square Residences and Kerrisdale may be better and also these condominiums are conveniently located next to Farrer Part MRT Station and City Square Mall.

  Cityscape @ Farrer Park-A New Star is born

  A new freehold condo that give full condo facilities, excellently located right on the cusp of the city, spacious with panoramic views. Near Farrer park MRT and shopping hub. Exquisite, yet affordable. Good capital gain and expect high rental yield. Cheers!

  Cityscape - Great Investment in Core Central

  Developer has put in good and usable design. Quality fittings. High ceiling. Bright. Freehold at around $1400psf is definitely value for money.
