city fringe living in these suites
feels like City Suites at Balestier Road is undderated hidden gem condo. balestier seems sleepy and old, but actually has seen developments over the past years. it's close to town but also very affordable with nice food, groceries. great neighbourhood. downside is don't really have mrt, still need to take bus to toa payoh or novena. to those unfamiliar with the area, did you know there's a shopping malls at balestier too? zhongshan park and renovated shaw. -

nice facilities for affordable freehold @ Cit
love the "sky" facilities like sky pool, sky gym. doesn't feels like am exercising with such nice view. on 17 storey in low-rise neighbourhood. love the Alfresco Clubhouse with BBQ and floating pavilion . these are always great for entertaining and having birthday parties. for below $1M it is possible to get a small unit here, value for money because you have european fittings, all furnished including built-in oven, hob, fridge and washing machine dryer combo. they thought of everything because there's even a walk in wardrobe area here that you can convert into an extra bedroom -

More suitable for bachelor or young couples where sizes range from 452 to 527sf. Interestingly, some 1 bed room units come with 2 bed rooms. -
