The concept sounds good, location central, facilities like Play Pool, Play Area all for children to enjoy. Confirm will see many playing fastest fingers game to book the facilities, quite tiring… Nice parks like Bishan-Ang Mo Kio Park nearby, which has a dog run and mac and spa. Can walk or take bus, but if you got dog, a bit too far so will need to hire a Grab Pet. It is near but not near enough, especially with the recent super hot weather or unpredictable storms. No shelter to MRT also, hence I think this is one of the major points the developer needs to improve on. Otherwise, this beautiful upcoming high-end condo will be quite wasted as the price you pay doesn’t seem to fit the care you receive.

I must give an honest review about Chuan Park condo. Love its quite central area and adds to the “atas” of Lorong Chuan. Sadly this is just built on top of the old en bloc one and faces the same issues. Dunno how they will solve the traffic noise because it is at the infamously noisy junction. Also, the same pattern that new developments from en bloc condos have… always increasing number of units with same gfa. If you love sharing your facilities with 900+ people then it’s okay I guess. Despite this, the artists’ impression of the condo looks great but not that special that you must absolutely buy a unit here. Only if you really like Lorong Chuan can pay the price, and can tahan till 2028. Maybe?
