  If size of unit is what you need, with proximity to MRT, amenities and schools, this place is perfect

  Building looks a bit dated, but its location

  Building looks a bit dated, but its location of being 2 minutes walk to Lorong Chuan MRT station and the Australian School can't be faulted, especially if one is buying for investment

  Excellent location with Full Condo facilities

  Stone-throw to Lorong Chuan MRT (Circle line). One station to Bishan (N-S), one station to Serangoon MRT (N-E). Near two international school (American and Australia), NYJC etc. 1km away from future Nex mega mall (opening in end 2010) Good management with full condo facilities(Gym, KTV room, basketball court, swimming pool, wadding pool, jaccuzi, 3 x tennis courts, 2 x squash court, study room, table tennis room, function room, golf putting, playground, bbq pits). Also have a mini mart in the condo. A peaceful and quiet place to stay.

  Very Good location (MRT, Schools, amenities)

  Many schools around, Australian School, St.grabriel's, Maris Stella, Nanyang JC.. Doorstep to MRT station (3 mins walk), Direct to Suntec, Esplanade station. New NEX shopping mall opens in Dec 2010. Full condo facilities, amber parking space, spacious..

  MRT, Good schools nearby, Good surrounding

  Many good schools within 2KM, Maris Stella, St Gabriels', Yangzhen, Australian School.. Very Good environment, peaceful. MRT circle line right at door step. One MRT stop to bishan J8 and one MRT stop to future Serangoon Shopping Mall. MRT Direct to Suntec mall if the circle line opens on 17th Apr 2010. Short distance to amenities. Really so convenient. The condo is very spacious, amber place for kids to play, cycle.. A place you'll never regret.

  Good Location but ...

  Pros: Good location, near Lor Chuan Circle MRT European style facade Cons: Circular corridor reminds you of Uni hostel circular-shaped halls/rooms not good for furniture poor amenities - walk 15 mins to buy groceries / cooked food
