Pros: 1) 1min sheltered walkway to MRT. 2) Very good connectivity to town. 3) Good amenities/food options within 200m radius. 4) Away from the busy but vibrant Geylang district. 5) Decent pool/Gym/Clubhouse and there is also a tennis court. Cons: 1) Expect higher reno budget as the original units are 25 years+. 2) Some stacks will catch the white noise from the mrt trains passing thru. 3) Some stacks are further walk from the multi-storey carpark. 4) Site has a high 3.0 plot ratio, need to check if developer had fully utilized it.

Central Grove
Small condo with around 250 units just next to Aljunied MRT station. Super close to MRT as it is just a min walk to MRT station. Facilities is only average but condo is surrounded by many amenities.
