  Not recommended

  1 Constant noise from nearby religious ceremonies and drum sounds is disruptive, even early in the morning. 2 The units are hot, stuffy, and poorly ventilated, leading to mold issues that have caused health problems and made us sick. 3 Overcrowding is a problem; workers are dropped off in the evenings, making the lift frequently overcrowded. 4 Crows are a nuisance, with one crashing into our window and falling into the rarely cleaned pool. 5 The neighborhood is messy with frequent fights requiring police. Overall, poor living conditions and safety issues make this place far from ideal. I wouldn't recommend it.

  Best investment potential

  This is one of the best 1-bedroom freehold apartment with high rental yield due to its VERY close proximity to Aljunied MRT and lots of eateries and amenities within reach.
