Terrible
This condo is a disaster. The gate, lift, and pool are always breaking down, and it takes forever to fix anything. Cockroaches everywhere, it’s disgusting and just shows how badly the place is managed. The noise is unbearable. Since Apr 2025, there’s been this lady who moved in and has parties or karaoke sessions until 4 AM a few times a week. On top of that, dogs bark all the time, and random uncles hang out in the street talking loudly like it’s their living room. If you value peace and quiet, this place is not for you. -

2 mins from Aljunied MRT, close to amenities and shops. 3 MRT stops to town. -

No fresh air and noise all around
I rented the back facing units with no balcony. Had issues with no fresh air and horrible smoke and gas fumes entering my unit. The windows are not closed tightly. The noise from outside large vents are bothersome too. -

Horribly managed condo...big warning
Based on personal experience Horribly managed condo although it looks perfectly fine outside exterior 1. Main entrance where you tap the access card did not work so i couldnt get out from the condo 2. You can see gigantic cockroache in even the highest floor trash chute. And these come inside your house somehow at night. Also from pipes I see cockroaches coming inside to my bathrooom. 3. Slowest elevator ever Overall horribly managed condo -

Area way too noisy
May you live at the back of the condo where huge vents are blowing night and days, or street facing. Welcome to hell! Despite police camera in and outside street entrances, cars are parking illegaly (double yellow line) in front of the residence every nights, keeping engines on, sleeping in car, awaiting for prostitutes, or ordering foods at the 'convenient' food court downstair and shopping at the 24/7 ('convenient' too). Do not put yourself asleep by your agent, even if rents are discounted for real. Single glass windows everywhere and missing enforcement of the law make this condo a place to avoid. -
