  No privacy, can see inside other ppls' houses

  You can see directly into others' unit and it's invading on privacy. Must install curtains or blinds. If you can see into others' unit, they can surely see into yours as well.

  Celestia: Low-rise freehold condo with basic

  Name promises heavens but all you get are basic facilities like gym and pool and carpark. Nice luxury fittings in the unit though. Five floors tall only, not much view from the top. Making up for all these shortcomings is its perfect location in Joo Chiat Terrace, close to everything including MRT, food and schools.

  Can consider Celestia for possible freehold c

  Celestia will have demand as it is in the prime Joo Chiat neighbourhood, known for heritage-rich architecture, food and East Coast Park. Celestia is also freehold btw so $2M price tag for 2-bedder is good as rent to be made is about $4,500 a month for that size. Popular choice for families with school-going children due to Haig Girls' School, TKGS, Chung Cheng High all around here.
