Tranquil enclave a stone’s throw from town
This condo is a great estate for families who prefer a serene and quiet environment. The development is away from major roads so there is hardly any traffic noise. Park connector and unblocked greenery just behind. Spacious and breezy units with high ceilings. Only three units per floor served by two lifts. Condo management has improved significantly in recent years and maintained the Condo well. Dover MRT is a convenient 10 min walk or 3min cycle. Within 1km of Henry Park Primary School. Full condo facilities with 2 tennis courts and 2 squash courts in addition to the usual gym and swimming pool. -

Loved it
Set in quiet spacious estate with lots of greenery, very well kept! Large pools, windy and no, you don't see through yr Neighbour house which is great! -

On my ex-home
The location is good for this price. Unfortunately, it is leasehold - 99 years from 1991. So, it is only left with 78 years. For a 1100psf-1300paf is still quite overpriced. Management used to be better in the past. -
