  convenient !

  The proximity to paya lebar is a big plus for this condo. Also its walking distance to an mrt, food center,school,supermarket and just a few stops by bus to CBD. Very central location on city fringe. It will benefit further once kallang is developed and the guillemard camp which is slated for redevelopment should rejuvenate the area further. Quite well liked by expats but most units seem owner occupied. 3 Bedder units have a separate maids room and is very spacious as there is no balcony and therefore liveable space is well utilised.

  Positioned for Change to the Area

  For the investor, this is a condominium that is well suited for those looking for an entry in the the rental market. Nestled just outside the CBD financial district of Raffles Place, it is well connected by car, bus and MRT. Popular choice for expats, both Western and Asian. Take into account the longer term plan to rejuvenate and develop the Paya Lebar area into a business hub, there should be a constant stream of rental demand, going into the longer term as well. For the home owner, this condominium is extremely close to amenities, as the food centre and market is less than 5 mins away. All units are good sized, suited for family with children. Close to East Coast, and expected to benefit with the development of the Kallang as a sports hub.

  Interesting but ...

  Interesting condo. Intead of going en bloc, the residents sold the condo as-is to a developer who chose to reburbish the condo insted of pulling it down. Looks new for the most part. Nice layouts etc. Noise from the main road and many planes flying overhead to Paya Lebar airport make it a bit noisy. Also no balconies .... what a shame as it has such great views!
