  A sanctuary from the outside world.

  The moment you step inside the development, there is a good, calming feeling. As the name suggests, Cascadale is inspired by a cascade — gentle flowing water and soft waterfall sounds that feel continuous, calm, and natural. Sitting inside the unit, hearing the cascade softly in the background, creates a strong sense of peace and abundance. The grounds feel protected, quiet, and grounded, like a peaceful valley set apart from the city. There is an upmarket calm and soft luxury to the living environment — refined, tranquil, and restorative.

  A nice quiet condo

  The good - quiet and spacious. Lots of space and greenery. For the age, it's well maintained. The bad - far away from anything (food, stores etc). You have to taka public transport or drive. The ugly - a lot of cockroaches, insects and mosquitoes.

  Huge unit size - 2 bedders(1012-1324sf) and

  Huge unit size - 2 bedders(1012-1324sf) and 3 bedders(1507-1808sf). Freehold and yet psf is at only about $700+. Downside is it is about 26 years old and the windows are not very large.
