Space, greenery all around
If you ever want your kids or loved ones to share the same childhood you had - kids calling on each other, riding your bike safely around off road, knowing your neighbours and management who KNOW you by name, this is the secret condo in Singapore. Casa Flora is not for those who like living it up in CBD or the latest in condo facilities, but those who appreciate looking out of their large balcony at the blue skies and onto the green grass and pool. Yes, the pool is small, but the community spirit makes up for all. Just two blocks of 15 units each, all with open balconies. Note this is a walk up condo (top is 4th floor) with ust two apartments per floor. Close to Cold Storage at Eastwood (also dentist, family doctor, spa, Chinese restaurant, ice cream parlour, Subway), Bedok Food Market and the East Coast Park.
