  Casa Esperanza has not 1 but 2 swimming pools! comfortable layout of apartment and you can always hear when school has ended as the students nearby make the area lively when they go home. convenient 2min walk to King Albert Park MRT on blue line as well.

  Security

  Security very bad especially at the entrance. There is only one guard. When the guard goes for tea break, toilet break, etc. No other guard available, so anyone can just go inside the Condo. Car need need to enter has to press the intercom which is also very too. Pressed the intercom button, no wants answer. I pressed a few times, they said just pressed one time. Pressed one time, no one answers, so I pressed a few times. When I spoke through the intercom, they can hear properly, so I raise my volume, they said I shout at them. I myself also can’t hear what they are talking. The mic is bad and. There is cracking sound from the speaker. Unlike other condos I been, there are usually more than one guards at the entrance of the condos.

  Overrated condo. Only good for those who want

  Pros 1) Good for those kids that cannot wake up 2) MRT if u use it Cons 1) Small & smelly gym 2) Inconsiderate residents that always dirty the lift 3) Only 1 carpark lot for resident or tenant and have to apply. Be prepare to submit more than necessary docs. 4) Part of the Pool is 2m depth even though now most condo is 1.2m 5) Unfriendly estate to visitors. Visitors hv to park outside the condo ( on main road). Someone from condo will readily call LTA. 6) Fire broke out but after so long still no updates. Worried about the safety of the building and yet MCST is keeping very quiet about this issue. 7) There are only 2 blocks. Letterbox for all residents only suitated at one of the block. 8) Certain carpark lot for privilege resident only. Will be shout at if u park it by accident

  Pros 1) Stay next to school so that kids can wake up late 2)MRT if u use that.

  Especially for a freehold, this condo has a fantastic 2 minute only proximity to the MRT station. the 3 bedders are very spacious.
