  Best kept secret in Cairnhill

  Tucked away just 10 min away from Newton MRT station is this quiet and green condominium. The size of all the units is just the right size for families. Near to ACSJr and down the road from SCGS and St Margaret's.

  Secret Gem in the midst of town

  Although it is one of the older properties in the neighborhood, Casa Cairnhill has the great advantage of a location that isn’t too far from transport and amenities, but just tucked away enough to have greenery, good air, peace and quiet. It’s less than 10 minutes to walk to Orchard Road and only 5 min from Newton MRT station. Units are large, bright and airy and have efficient useable space. No bomb shelter, no bay windows, no shoebox apartments! PSF is incredibly affordable compared to new developments. Nearby to Cairnhill Community Club, St Margaret’s, ACS Jr, MOE Stellar Language center and tuition at 10 Winstedt. Great for families! Cons - Parking is ample but tight. Management could be better.

  Be aware of enbloc and narrow carpark

  Moved in not long ago, unaware of current (successfully progressing) en bloc process. Would have avoided if had known. Also, if you have a car please avoid. Dangerously narrow car park, taxi drivers don't even want to drive in for fear they can't make it out. Something I should have tested myself when viewing the unit.

  Unhygienic residents

  Resident's unleased dog is always using the common areas as a toilet. Dog Faeces and Urine are not properly cleaned up .Dog is always chasing residents. Management never does anything about the dog. Signs all over the building telling residents not to spit around the building.

  Open and unblock 180 degrees of view stretching from North all the way to Marina Bay, looking over the Esplanade towards the future IR.
