  built with familys' use in mind

  freehold with 78 units commpleted only 11 years ago in 2014. Casa Aerata built for families as most of the units are 3 or 5 bedrooms. definitely too large for single unless they rent out the ectra room or beccomes a co-living. anyway i digress. back to families, this is quite an affordable option – rented here before and noted that Kong Hwa school is quite near.

  never go hugry at Casa Aerata

  located between Singapore Sports Hub and Paya Lebar Biz District, Casa Aerata is in a peaceful and quiet location, yet close to city and plenty of food courts and eateries nearby. walking distance to MRTs that lead to food paradise (and other paradise) Geylang (maybe try the frog porridge or the late night foods), and nostalgic Old Airport Road (love the ccf).

  Unresponsive Condon Management

  Quit disappointed by the condo management. I raised a pressing concern with them and they didn’t even acknowledge my email despite the fact I mentioned how the issue was affecting my living standards.

  -Value for money at current rate. -Location is greatm just between the future Paya Lebar Govt Master Plan 2008 development.
