  Quiet & convenient, but mosquito is a big pro

  1. Quiet & convenient, can walk to MRT and nearby got Fairprice and eating places. 2. Huge balcony & also bay windows in almost every room, if you are a fan of both then it is great, but expect considerable less useable room space. 3. Low rise development with lots of greens nearby, so mosquito is a big problem. We stayed on 3rd floor, lots of mosquitos even during the day, and mosquito net is a must at night. Both of us kena dengue fever in 2020 during the circuit break period.
