  Spacious but older development

  It has a petrol station and bus stop right next door. The grounds are very spacious, although the development itself is a bit old. It's situated on a hill, so there is less risk of flooding.

  A bit underrated and tend not to fall under the radar of most buyers and tenants, probably due to its rather dull exteriors. It is actually quite a gem considering its location and vast communal areas
