Has that WOW factor!
Prestigious condo. Low rise. Very exclusive but also friendly. Old money vibes with a spectacular vintage clubhouse. Unique. One of the best pools and jacuzzi areas, same size or bigger than condos 5x the size. Very green and spacious environment. Walking distance to Newton, Novena, and on a nice day even to Orchard. N -

Great Condo for families in the heart of Sing
Buckley Classique was not the first property we rented in Singapore, but definitely the best so far. It's in the heart of the city yet it's very quiet. It's great for our family of 4 (2 kids) because of its amenities in the beautiful clubhouse and very convenient location - walking distance to public transport, grocery, dining, schools and enrichment courses. However, if you don't have a car it may be a bit tricky when it rains as there are no covered pathways around the condo. We also enjoyed that Buckley was a low rise property with only 64 units, it felt very cozy. Even though our apartment was a rental, it had a high quality of interior design: marble floor, plumbing, windows, doors, water heaters, lightning etc. Apartments are very quiet, we barely heard our neighbours. -

Hidden gem in Newton/Novena with incredible f
We're a family of 5, employment pass (expats from Australia). This condo is 3rd in Singapore since 2010. It features a jaw-dropping classic villa (historic preservation) open for bookings as common facilities and housing gym and kids A/C playground, as well as a 50-meter lapse / lifestyle pool. Buckley Classique impressed our family above and beyond. We were able to negotiate the rental for 2 years (it's a bit on a high-side) and just moved in. It's a boutique grade property, quiet, albeit absolutely centrally located. The only small concern is the unsheltered walk (about 3 minutes to the linkway to Newton, and 3 minutes to IRAS building), since there are no HDB clusters around and since it's just outside the 400m linkway zone of MRT-s, but that's only a few hundred steps under umbrella. -

Unique charm, hidden gem in the city.
Elegant colonial bungalow as a clubhouse overlooking a beautiful pool. On a quiet road parallel to Newton road. Well connected to the city, yet green and spacious, low density. Feels like a posh resort hidden away, with infinity jacuzzi and nice lounge areas. Attention to detail throughout including art work in lobbies and wide landscaped paths. Tasteful architecture and design. About a 50:50 mix of expat and local. Prestigious schools nearby so lots of families. Well laid out Units with high ceilings and luxury finishing. However has small kitchens, although well built with Gaggenau appliances etc. Probably a good investment with the Health City Novena and upcoming North South Corridor landscaping, creating a modern lifestyle neighbourhood well connected by 2 MRT a short walk away. -
