Well Maintained Resort Feel Developement
Very pro-active Management Team, hence overall environment is well kept. Facilities well maintained, routine cleaning done daily around estate. Swimming pool gives a very nice resort vibes with multiple jacuzzi, rain shower, lazy river, children pool and mini island. Most of the time, very serene, occasional fun and laughter from children enjoying the pool. Ample parking space for residences and visitors. Mini-mart located at the gate (although can be better). Basic amenities nearby, like NTUC, foodcourt, DIY shops, Singapore Pools, clinics, etc. In-house bus shutter service, and public bus services all within 2 min walk. The only cons, is nearby to Paya Lebar Airbase, with all the jets flying, but again, not a major issue. 1 of the better development in terms of environmen and facilities. -

Peaceful and Serene
I love the way the condo feel, extremely serene and peaceful. Really great resort feel. Management is up to standard very well kept (Took be 6 mths of viewing multiple condos to settle on this development). Love the 2 bed room with loft and high ceiling. Loving every moment of staying here. -

Good welcoming lobby and feel luxurious
Lobby looks grand and the swimming pool is great. Gym and club house face pool and feels like resort. Compare with my new apartment, Boathouse is better. Don't buy from China Developer. -

One of the plus points is its higher than typical ceiling height, giving it a sense of space and great for air circulation. -

Nice condo
I have been living here for 1 year. Never regret buying here, this condo has good finishing. This place is peaceful and quiet with a nice pool. Just beside it there's ntuc, eateries, clinics and other convenience stalls. It's also near KPE just 15 mins drive to town. You can also cycle along the reservoir just outside the condo. -

Nice and spacious unit
I have been searching for a 2 bedroom unit around Hougang area and have been to a few condos around this area. Boathouse residences is the only condo with mezzanine floor meaning you get more space and you don't need to pay for the extra space! Besides this it has higher ceiling height than other condos. I have been staying here for half a year already and I must say I have no regrets buying a unit here! -

Good investment
Boathouse residences is located near many amenities with NTUC, eateries, clinic, pharmacy etc just 2 min walk away. It also has a 'Mama' shop inside the condo itself. There are also free shuttle bus within the condo itself to Hougang MRT station or 12min walk to Hougang MRT station. Hougang will also become a future interchange for Cross Island Line. The units are spacious with no bay windows which some condo have that takes up space. It has full condo facility with a big swimming pool. Overall a nice and cosy place to live in. -

Little piece of paradise
In spite of the proximity to PLAB, I have not heard of any planes flying over our roofs. In fact, given that BH does not lie in the flight path for any landings and take offs, there is no sound or whatsoever from any flying objects coming from PLAB, which is a plus, compared to other developments which may lie in the flight path such as those around Punggol East. Plus PLAB is shifting soon. As for the rubbish disposal system, they are situated along the lift lobbies, so don't really see it as a problem. Having rebuked the points that have been stated in the previous reviews, I just wanted to say that having stayed here for over a year, I am getting acquainted to this place. True, it is not necessarily close to MRT (feeder bus available, or 15 minutes walk) but it almost feel like you are living on the edge of civilization with much appreciated peace and tranquility, yet, not too far away from daily necessities, such as the dining options and NTUC close by at Hougang Capeview and around Punggol Park. Night buses from town also stop right outside the condo along Upper Serangoon Road, so no worries about a lack of transport options after a night out. For those who drive, KPE is just around the corner from Buangkok Dr so it's pretty easy to get on the roads when you need to. Most units have a pretty spacious balcony which is great for lounging or hanging out (some units can see fireworks during the National Day period). Good luck on this property
Do you know that Paya Lebar Airbase is just beside? If you love the sound of fighter jets (F-15s) roaring and waking you up every 30 mins, then maybe this is the place for you. Not to mention C-130 planes and F-16s. The location is directly over the flight path. Sometimes they do night flying too :) -
