  Great location but..

  1-2 minutes walk to kembangan mrt and good halal restaurants nearby. Serious structural issues with plenty of leakages in our units and also in our neighbours units. Residents tend to swim past the allowed time until past midnight. Maintenance and management is also bad at their job and they respond late to inquiries and issues.

  Good Amenity

  Nice and convenient place. Is only min walk to Kembangan Mrt. There is 7 eleven and a few restaurants like Seng Kee Black Chicken Herbal soup. Have been staying here for many years.

  Lovely place

  Great place to be. We live here happily for a few years already. Much better maintained now with the new management and more active council members.

  Terminated tenancy when noisy and suspicious vice activities went unnoticed by management despite told

  Small rooftop facility

  currently renting a high floor 2bedroom unit in this 5storey boutique condo. Lack air ventilation in this building design and the rooftop facilities small - only a lap pool n miserable barbeque pit for couples..unlike the next door condo, D'Gallery, the rooftop facilities and space are 4times bigger than here. Overall a convenient place to stay, near MRT, eateries and park.
