  Great location and convenience - more so with

  New Thomson east coast line provides easy access to CBD, Orchard. Short proximity to airport. Ongoing Bayshore development just right behind promises more upcoming amenities, eateries. Respectful neighbours and responsible mgmt ensuring condo is well managed.

  spacious and windy

  best place for staying as it is spacious and windy. 2 bedrooms (915 sqft – 1,012 sqft) / 3 bedrooms (1,173 sqft – 1,668 sqft) / 4 bedrooms ( 2,551 sqft)

  forest air, coastal breeze

  amazing to stay at Bleu @ East Coast, inhale the fresh air from the green lungs area at the south east of Singapore. coastal breeze from the beach.

  Noisy

  The units facing main road is very noisy and disturbing from heavy trucks, SBS buses and sport cars. Especially the block nearer the main road, it's so noisy that the owners have to increase the tv volume x2.
