Despite the lack of condo facilities, location is hard to beat and has relatively spacious units. Ample parking for residents and fair maintenance costs given lack of facilities. The pool is actually not bad since most of the time you can treat it as a private pool with nobody else using it. Shame about the constant construction currently from NS corridor works- otherwise it's genuinely quite peaceful particularly units closer to the school.
This condo has minimum facilities,simple,old design and sandwiched between two other condo. The asking price and rental return does not make sense at all. Such a low rental for such an high asking price. The last transacted price is below psf $1300 only. Many new condos in the vicinity up to Newton MRT. Future rental to sustain even at this current low rental amount is a question mark. Sales price??? I went there and am holding back my intention to buy.
Only good for location which near to shopping mall and MRT.Apartment blocked by 2 condo and no view at all ever at high floor.Some bank valuation lower to asking.
