  expensiVe landed estate

  Binjai Park is well known to be a pricey GCB enclave in Singapore that was completed in 2011. located in D21, it's considered to be very exclusive with prices generally in the millions (by rule of thumb, GCBs are typically around $30M). here you will find around a hundred good class bungalows (aka GCBs). there are also some semi-Ds here, IF you have $10M in your bank account. for those who can afford, it's great because it's freehold and peaceful here!

  Good Location

  These Good Class Bungalows are in a Good location, Binjai Park in the Bukit Timah area. pretty central, close to all the popular schools, and there's also Bukit Timah Hill to climb for exercise and it's just 10min walk to the MRT station
