  Location

  Nice small development. Really good for location - short walk to amenities in Katong - 112 Mall, Parkway eateries etc. Quiet location, with unblocked views.

  afternoon sun makes the place a sauna

  Pros: nice area Cons: Very very hot. Like a sauna in the afternoon. Even with aircon on at full blast didn't help. Weekends can't rest at home. If you have non working family, good luck to them. limited facilities as well. For the price the owners are trying to ask for, you can rent much better property else where

  Dog poo & vandalism despite CCTV

  Stayed here for less than 1 year and decide to break my tenancy move elsewhere..It will be a nice place if better condo mgmt in place! Constant dog poo around the common area and even notice/circular reminders to pet owner be considerate serve no help..Ocassional vandalism like stolen bicycles and urine, poo etc inside lift showed the managing agent is not effective and helpless. The presence of CCTV serves no purpose when nuisance and vandalism continue.. Can be very noisy during weekends as my unit direct facing the church. Even with full windows closed, the noise still unbearable..For cyclist lover, no proper place to park it when rain, your bic will get rust easily, no proper shade.
