  The units in this 99 leasehold, 280 unit, 19 storey condo are amazingly huge - 1 bed room (1109-1195sf), 2 bed room(1195-1830sf), 3 bed room(2260-2411sf) and 5 bed room, a whopping 6943sf.

  hanging gardens

  Bedok Court is a unique development that is one of its kind in Singapore. The sheer size of the various units; the very well landscaped greenery around the estate and the hanging gardens from the individual units makes it a very awesome and cosy place to stay. Though 23 years old, it is till today a sought after Condominium among the young and nature loving house owners. The matured trees around the neighborhood, the birds chirping and inhabiting in the locality gives the owners the feeling of staying in a landed property whether they are on the ground floor or the upper floors. Furthermore, the low level traffic and the site of the property suits its exclusivity and enhances the value of the property and making it difficult for the owners to move out of the Condo willingly for other developments. It is a preferred place for the western expats in particular. It is indeed a better place to live for families with children as compared to newer developments and had been covered many times by the media.
