  Convenient, but Old

  I rented a 1 Bedder for 4 years. My feedback: The building is located very conveniently, but is old. My flat wasn't renovated, so it got a lot of wear and tear. I had to spend an amount totalling upto SGD 2000 (by myself, and owner deducting from my deposit) to do some of the repair work. So please make sure the flat is in good condition and properly repaired, else you're giving the owners chances to eat into your security deposit.
