  Consisting mainly of 2 bed rooms with a wide size range between 743sqft and 1,884sqft. Reasonable rental yield of 2.87%. Not bad for a freehold property. Proximity to the Siglap yuppie area is a plus.

  Peaceful area with plenty of ammenities

  Nice area to be living in with the beach minutes away and good food all located nearby. Love the Cold Storage and NTUC supermarkets but less the crowd. To top it all up, very convenient and fast to go to work in town. Should be even better once the siglap MRT is ready.

  finishing is bad

  very basic stuff...quality of finishing is bad. overall this is no way near value for money.

  Noise and Dust

  Having stayed here for a while I can honestly say this is not a place for peace and quiet. Be prepared to be woken up by insane traffic noise all through the day. And dust from the road settles on everything. But that's the price you have to pay for amenities. This is the perfect location for eating out, getting groceries, banking, no complains.

  Perfect Eastern Location

  This is a perfect location for access to grocery (NTUC, Coldstorage) 3min walk. Fast food, Macdolands,KFC, Pizza Hut, hagen Daz, Cofee Bean, Starbucks. And good restaurants and coffee shops. It is also a 8min walk to the East coast park and beach!

  Jewel of siglap

  Holland road of east,variety of eateries,well connected transport. outdoors&activities very near.new launch siglapV coming soon 2013. very much cheaper then siglapV.tenanted by western expacts.shopping&banking facilities around.
