Great location. Good pricing.
Probably one of the best priced properties in the District 9 area. Within 5-10 minutes from Somerset / Orchard and walking distance to Clark Quay and Robertson Quay. Pool has been fully rebuilt and building repainted recently.

Excellent Investment
Greaat location. 8 mins to Somerset and Orchard road. 6 mins to Mohammad Sultan and Clark Quay. Best of both worlds! Pricing very reasonable with great potential for capital appreciation!
