  Location & Convenience: Transport: Proximity to MRT stations is a major plus, Amenities: Easy access to shopping malls, food courts, hawker centres, and 24-hour supermarkets Proximity to Services. Layout: Efficient layouts, particularly for 1-bedroom units, are often praised.

  Great location. Good pricing.

  Probably one of the best priced properties in the District 9 area. Within 5-10 minutes from Somerset / Orchard and walking distance to Clark Quay and Robertson Quay. Pool has been fully rebuilt and building repainted recently.

  Convenient location at the junction of River Valley Road and Kim Yam Road, Attitude @ Kim Yam is a mixed development of conserved refurbished shophouses and modern building. Definitely worth a look

  Excellent Investment

  Greaat location. 8 mins to Somerset and Orchard road. 6 mins to Mohammad Sultan and Clark Quay. Best of both worlds! Pricing very reasonable with great potential for capital appreciation!
