Aston Residences
Although with 2 private car park lots, no space for guest parking nearby (at least 200m) as single lane main road do not allow road side parking and designated feeder bus turning point infront of main entrance. Very narrow swimming pool and very little common area to roam within this property. Only 2 out of 28 unit with lift. Unit too near each other
Agree with previous reviewer on opposite unit being way too close for comfort. Feels watched all the time. Pool is narrow and framed by the units themselves so I wonder if over time, pool water will seep in and affect the units. we saw a unit with floor tiles cracked throughout the ground floor and basement. Wonder why. Also, most units use roof terrace to sun clothes and most are not well maintained at all. Aston residence
I have view a unit and found that this place is great for family with kids as the pool is right in front of the living room. Cul de sac means there are less noise and pollution.Probably the longest lap pool in Singapore. The rooms are small,consider this a detached house.
