Although with 2 private car park lots, no space for guest parking nearby (at least 200m) as single lane main road do not allow road side parking and designated feeder bus turning point infront of main entrance. Very narrow swimming pool and very little common area to roam within this property. Only 2 out of 28 unit with lift. Units facing are very near to each other, separated by width of pool.
Agree with previous reviewer on opposite unit being way too close for comfort. Feels watched all the time. Pool is narrow and framed by the units themselves so I wonder if over time, pool water will seep in and affect the units. we saw a unit with floor tiles cracked throughout the ground floor and basement. Wonder why. Also, most units use roof terrace to sun clothes and most are not well maintained at all. So if you're using roof terrace for entertaining guests, note that is your "view".
Narrowest impractical lap pool that I've ever seen. Proximity of opposite units are too near which block off natural lights and make the houses perpetually dark.
I have view a unit and found that this place is great for family with kids as the pool is right in front of the living room. Cul de sac means there are less noise and pollution.Probably the longest lap pool in Singapore. The rooms are small,consider this a detached house. Also the house opposite yours is too near for comfort.
